Energy Assistance Program Update

Please note that all energy assistance is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Our policy is to make these appointments over the phone or through this website (link on home page), first come-first serve. To be fair to all applying, we do not make appointments electronically by e-mail nor do we return calls to do so.
Note:
For ALL Three Counties - Households without heat of any kind or have had their electricity or natural gas SHUT OFF, please call for additional information and assistance in the county that you live in.
Thurston County
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the PSE-HELP Program will begin scheduling appointments based on funding

Utility Assistance Funds
Utility assistance funds in Mason County are still available. PUD and Cascade Natural Gas customers in Mason county may be eligible for emergency energy assistance.

Utility assistance funds in Lewis County are still available. Lewis County PUD customers in Lewis county may be eligible for emergency energy assistance. (October thru March Only)
