2011 Annual Client Survey and Community Assessment
The Annual Client Needs Survey was conducted from November 2010 through September 2011. The survey is antidotal and makes no claim of statistical validity. Though the results may not be statistically valid, the results and data illustrated do provide valuable insights into the respondents’ perceived needs. A total of 6,078 clients voluntarily participated. The large number of respondents allows the reader to make some positive inferences as to the data pertaining to community needs and services.
