Water Assistance

Water assistance funds are distributed by the Community Action Council on behalf of the utility companies listed in the table below. These funds are donated to the utilities by customers to help people pay their utility bill and avoid disconnection. To qualify for assistance, you must meet the specific income guidelines, receive water service from the corresponding utility and meet the individual utility restrictions.
